This package will equip you with all the information needed to build a healthy sleep foundation for your newborn.
Although this stage is not yet the time to train your child to sleep, there are steps you can take during this stage, steps that are beneficial to teaching your newborn the right start to a lifetime of healthy sleep habits.
If implemented correctly, this plan could prevent the need for any future sleep training services. It will help you understand your baby's needs and put in place gentle aids to encourage good quality sleep.

We will address:
- Naps
- Late falling asleep

- Night feeds
- (Unwanted) Co-sleeping

This package will include the Master plan to restful nights, all the knowledge needed to understand your child's sleep needs and the tools you need to implement your programme successfully.
Changes should be on the horizon from days 2 to 3. Typically within 7 days you should see good changes in your kid's sleep, with the second week only to make sure good sleep habits are well established.
We will reassess regularly the situation and progress and adjust accordingly as needed. Night sleep will improve sooner, with naps to follow immediately.
Sleep Mastering

- Staying in own bed resistance

This package will include the Master plan to restful nights, all the knowledge needed to understand your child's sleep needs and the tools you need to implement your programme successfully.
We will reassess regularly the situation and progress and adjust accordingly as needed. The bonus bundle will allow you to get in touch if you feel an inclination of drifting from good sleep habits in your toddler.
Your strong-willed child will take about 7-10 days to develop good sleep habits. They might retaliate to change at first, but by the second week they should forget all about mummy's bed and have a long restful sleep.
